Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center using Pirate Ship, so you get fast, reliable delivery and real-time tracking.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always move as fast as possible to ship your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Any additional fees charged by your local customs office

These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your country’s regulations.

 

Tracking Your Order

All orders shipped through Pirate Ship include tracking.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package is delayed, please allow the carrier extra time to deliver.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can open assist with a carrier inquiry.
