We want you to love every step in your new shoes. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. Once a return or exchange has been initiated, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. Items not returned within this timeframe will no longer be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible:
- Shoes must be unworn
- Shoes must be in original condition
- All original packaging (shoe box, dust bags, inserts) must be included
- Shoes must be free of scuffs, creases, or signs of wear
We recommend trying shoes on carpet to minimize damage to soles. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Damaged or missing boxes will incur a $5 restocking fee.
Exchanges
Shoes are only eligible for an exchange if they are the same style and a different size is requested. Exchanges for a different shoe style are not eligible, and we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

- The reason for return or exchange
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
U.S. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you and will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item; in which case we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
International Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
Customs & Duties
Original shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and import duties are non-refundable.
If a return is refused by customs or returned due to unpaid fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- First and last name
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll take care of it.
Final Sale Items
All Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
